The PEOPLE that work there! The variety of equipment available. The one thing I would NEVER recommend is the pool. I actually took a pool thermometer and checked the temperature of the water and it was 81, after being told it was always 85. I am older and cannot use the pool, because the water is so cold it just makes all my joints stiff and sore. You even have so many water exercise classes that I would love to be talking, but the water temperature is just too cold. I know other people who WOULD have joined, but the water temperature is too cold for them too.

The Y has been enormous in our lives (husband and I). Always have friendly people to greet and to keep the areas in great shape. The Y is a blessing.
The kindness of the staff
The staff truly care so much and the facilities are well kept. I really appreciate the group exercise classes at the Bluffton location. I wish that there were more group classes (yoga, Pilates, etc.) after 5pm during the week for working members.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The exercise equipment works well and addresses any muscle system except the brain. The pool is wet and the gym is dry and every thing is clean. I just need to use the "Y' more often.
