Wait times in our stores is something that we are very conscious of and always working to avoid. On occasion the flow of customer traffic does create longer than average waiting. I'm sorry you had to experience one of those occasions. We use previous years' sales data to help dictate staffing levels and last year was clearly not as busy and this year! We will use your comment and current data to help staff us in the future.

The sales addociate stopped what he was doing at the counter to welcome me and then assisted me in finding the right shoe, and then checked me out. Great service.
James was great! I came in for a fitting for running shoes as Iâm getting back into running after a long break, and he was very helpful. After a very informative/thorough consultation we tried a few different options and I got a pair of shoes Iâm already enjoying. Will definitely be recommending to others!
Not disappointed but since I haven't broken in my sneakers, I'm just hoping they will feel good.
Also I understood that the pictures/video taken of my feet was going to be emailed to me. I stopped back in the store tonight and they can't seem to figure out why it wasn't forwarded to me and they can't print it out. I did take a picture of what was on the tablet.
Ask me again in a month to see if I like the sneakers.

Love the capital hill fleet feet. I go in and just walk around pretty often. I use the massage gun and the R8 roller and I love chatting with the staff. :)

The customer service team seems to know what theyâre talking about. The foot scanner thing is cool - and helpful! I didnât feel like the staff was trying to give me the hard sell. And youâre right in downtown Decatur so easy access!

Great service and products. They're always patient and helpful. The prices here are often the same or cheaper than places I find online. My only minor complaint is recently I showed my military ID and they forgot to give me a discount on my purchase.
