The parcel in which you sent the bike is too large compared to normal dimensions. You could not provide any explanatory information regarding the tax free. I needed to new bike travel box to return to my country by plane.

Schneller und freundlicher Service. Es gab mit dem gelieferten Bike zwei Probleme mit dem Ständer und dem Schutzblech, die ich reklamiert habe. Ich habe schnell Antwort und auch sofort die Ersatzteile geschickt bekommen.

Gut und sicher verpackt.
Nur ein kleiner Nachteil.. dass die Pedalen nur für die Probefahrt geeignet sind.. denn wenn man schon ein Fahrrad kauft.. dann doch bitte komplett.
Sonst ist alles super.

Die Versandzeit ist viel zu lange.
Also online Dienstleister sollte das schneller gehen.
Wir haben Samstag bestellt und wir hoffe das es heute (Freitag) endlich kommt.
3 Werktage sind normal.

Besonders gut gefallen hat mir die rasche und unproblematische Abwicklung. Von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung. Ich war skeptisch ein Fahrrad im Internet zu bestellen, aber das Angebot war einfach unschlagbar. Es ist gestern angekommen und es ist einwandfrei. Und sogar darüber hinaus. Vielen Dank!
