Bisher habe ich telefonischen Kontakt gehabt. Ich musste nicht lange warten. Es war ein freundliches Gespräch mit dem Mitarbeiter und ich erhielt alle Informationen zu meiner Bestellung und den Ablauf des Versandtes. Bin zuversichtlich dass meine Bestellung, ein Rennrad, gut verpackt und im guten Zustand bei mir ankommt. Freue mich schon sehr darauf. Ich erhielt auch sofort eine Bestätigung der Bestellung per Mail.
