The staff are great, helpful and friendly. The range and availability of equipment is very good. In regards to the sauna and steam rooms, while not particularly unusual, these appear to require frequent maintenance, with relatively long down times.

They have lots of classes they offer, Zumba, yoga, TRX, line dancing, and many more, these are my favorites and they are all awesome. Zumba it’s so fun. I love the instructors!! To me the Y is a friendly and respectful place and I feel safe there. (Jorgensen family, my favorite)

I’m so grateful to have the YMCA so close to my home. I’ve taken advantage of the indoor and outdoor trails for 3 years now. The pool is phenomenal and the classes are geared to different levels of ability. No reason to not stay active and focus on health and fitness.
I really enjoy that the building is so different than the Parkview Y by my house. It has a great welcoming atmosphere as well. I feel that the Y membership is a great value with being able to use different locations
It's always a great day when I start it at the Y even on Tuesdays (the worst day of the week)! I look forward to checking in with the front desk crew and saying good morning to the regulars I encounter while I'm working out. Love the Central branch!

The staff is very helpful and is always working to make shure everyone is happy with the facility and that the facility is clean.
That my 12 yr old son has a safe place to go and it helps him focus on good health and enjoy the pool outside in the summer!
