I am pleased to see that the current invoice clearly reflects that, since I have a pre-buy account, that I do not need to pay the invoice I just received for my most recent tank fill.
This is a HUGE improvement over prior invoices that did not address my pre-buy status at all.
I recently had gas logs and a tankless hot water heater installed. Jenny was super helpful on the front end while Tony answered all my questions about which products would be right for me. The install guys were very nice, efficient and professional. They took care while working in the house. I highly recommend Freeman Gas! This is our second time using Freeman and I am a very satisfied customer!
