Your customer service phone # is useless. I called SEVERAL times, and spent about 2 hours on hold. I also used the "call back" option, but after 3-4 days I never got a call back. I finally sent a note to your Contact Us link, and someone did call me back 2 days later, but she was very nice and got me taken care of.

I'm Darrell and when placing my new account and refill order I was Initially told by the sales associate that my order would process in 2-3 days and would have NO PROBLEM getting my tank filled within the week. However, I received a call four days later from the scheduler that my refill would not be for yet another 10 +days which is after I would have already left our vacation home. I asked to speak with a manager and "Jason" took my call....I'll spare more details and simply say that he got a truck to my home that afternoon!
I know that sometimes SALES can over promise and give unrealistic timing, so how the company then handles that situation I feel is the proof in how they do business and if I want to do business with them. Freeman Gas proved themselves and they are my Gas Company from here on!
We have had no issues with propane deliveries. The remote monitor of the tank also gives us confidence that we should never run out of gas.

We get wonderful service even during bad weather. We operate 8 greenhouses, 1 office building, and two private homes. Freeman never forgets us and knows exactly which tanks need to be refilled. They are punctual and courteous. Couldn't be happier!
