I requested Freeman come to refill our propane tank on a certain day when I was in residence. They accommodated me and I appreciated bc I wanted to get a receipt. Receipt shows more info about the fill than email does.

They always keep my tank full and I love the pay advance program. What I don’t like is how hard it is to pay a bill online. Very frustrating.
I like getting the text message when you have come to fill the tank.
I do not like to have to go online to print off the bill. It was very time consuming for me. Because i'm working during the day and don't always have access to get my account information.
