The team corrected a gas leak that was supposed to have been fixed in the spring. They honored their comment to customer satisfaction,. The technician also went beyond the problem and answered several questions and addressed an additional concern.,

The excellent response time when propane is needed continues as before Freeman merged with you. The only downside is you made it more difficult to pay my bill. I went on to your website, entered my credit card information and nothing happened. I don't know if my bill has been charged to my card or not. The website keeps asking for the same information over and over again. I will not reenter my card information or clicking on pay me bill as I don't know if the first attempt was successful. You need to make collecting my money easier for you to get it.

They are extremely responsive in keeping our propane tank full on auto fill and when we get low due to extreme temperatures, they will send out a truck promptly

Freeman Gas makes my propane needs seamless. When a gas line was cut during construction, they were quick to come out to stop any leakage. When it was time to reconnect, Freeman performed the task in our requested timeframe.
