After First name removed buy out of Freeman Gas I encountered some indifference to First name removed customer’s concerns. First name removed individual who individual involved manifested First name removed attitude that since she could not do anything about First name removed situation why bother listening.
I am still now comfortable with First name removed corporate arrangement but I have learned that First name removed people in charge at Rutherfordton will listen and offer solutions.

I had visited the office at which time I switched from "on-demand" to "check my tank", but when I called, I was told that change was never made. I was quite concerned as it had been a cold week dipping into the 20s and I was concerned that I ran out of propane as I received word that no one had been there in a while to check. Fortunately, all was ok.
Had a minor issue and Josh from Rutherfordton NC location resolved it quickly

Always had great customer service from Freeman Gas but with the recent acquisition by Superior + had a less than stellar interaction with the new service. The manager heard about the issue and I am extremely pleased with the fact that he addressed my issue immediately and very satisfactorily. A few minor burps with the new organization but it seems they are more than happy to ensure there will no drop in service from what we had previously. Thank you for your immediate attention.
