Love the local people that work for Freeman (if it's still Freeman). However since the takeover the service has gone downhill and it's not the locals fault. Probably too much corporate non sense they and we have to put up with. It was much better service before, friendlier and more personal. Now it's like a wham bam thank you maam service. Sometimes corporations need to step down, stay out of the way, let the actual people who do the work run the show. Freeman had a great reputation before but it has dwindled after the Superior took over, sadly. Superior, please swallow your pride and let these guys run things the way they want. You are losing customers right now im pretty sure. There is a reason for that.
