Good photos
The website seemed a bit out dated and I had to really guess where to purchase my kids pictures online. But
Great experience and wonderful quality.
The poses of the photos weren't adjusted well and my daughter's pictures were terrible. I think more would be taken and the girls should be adjusted during the photos to ensure there are good options. This is why I didn't purchase any but the team photo. Second, I don't think it's fair you don't offer a digital of the team photo. I understand the thought process of people sharing it with each other but for me to pay almost 30 dollars for a single 5 by 7 is insane and I can't replace it if it gets ruined. We had the option for digital in the past and it's what I've always purchased. Lastly, an option to pick up photos in person would be nice. Paying 7 dollars for it to be shipped when we live local is ridiculous. If my daughter didn't really want this team photo we wouldn't have purchased. Very disappointed in the photo shoot as we loved them last year and sadly couldn't buy any individual photos.
Pictures were very fast, but I would prefer pictures in a more natural setting vs a “green screen” type background.

Since these were band pictures, just wondering why the kids didn’t have their instruments in them. Middle school pictures do. I was disappointed that neither the section picture or the individual picture included their instrument.
Convenient website for ordering photos and it’s nice they ship right to your home.
I was unsatisfied with the photos. I felt the angles and positioning could have been better. Would have been nice if there could have been a redo session. Also for the price and amount of photos it wasn't worth it.

Too much manipulation of the image especially the team picture. The process was rushed which is evident in my child's face. He doesn't look comfortable nor does he have a genuine smile. This is in sharp contrast to his pictures last year with a different photographer. It was taken in a more natural setting and the team picture wasn't a composite. The picture last year outshine your work which is why I rated it the way I did. Both sports pictures, one didn't meet the standard.
Overall parents don't seem overly happen with the results of the NHS band photo shoot. Many comments that the photos aren't good. They are also very expensive. Parents are paying band fees that day and then have to turn around and pay a lot for photos they aren't super happy with.
I love that it was inside
The pictures were great and I was surprised how fast we got them.
I like the photos, but they did not have her take her jacket off which did not look flattering. It would have also been nice to wait and take the pictures with their new uniforms. Also, maybe allow them to take some photos with their flag, so people could see what it is they do in the band. I do like the background options, especially the one like they are standing on the field. Thank you!
The picture quality was great, and the processing time was good.
Our pictures came completely bent in the mail.
I liked that the poses were not just standard. They managed to capture some of Jax personality it the shots.

Lower your prices. $59.00 for 4 small photos, a button and a magnet is ridiculous. Your actual work is good, but overpriced.
