Affordable pictures, great poses!!
A bit pricey and the fact that only individual photos - not team photos - were available for digital downloads was a huge drawback. Forcing us to purchase actual prints in order to get team photos is somewhat ridiculous.
Hello Steven, thank you for your feedback. I see you are disappointed that team pictures are not available for download from my system. There are a few reasons for this, but the main reason is that several times I have offered digital team downloads and I had the unfortunate event where 1 parent ordered a digital download and emailed it to every parent on the team. This resulted in no sales of any team pictures from those events. I apologize for the inconvenience of this but like any local retailer, we have to take measures to prevent theft of our products.
I wasn’t there the day the boys took their pictures, but my son said everything went smooth, and it was easy to be in front of the camera. I am normally the type of parent who passes on professional photos because I end up taking some myself, but these were too good to pass up on! I am so happy with how they looked not only when we were previewing them but when we had them printed and shipped to us I also had a few questions that were answered promptly and I will say that as far as customer service goes, I have not had a better experience than the one I had with the photographer. He went above and beyond to make sure that I understood what I was ordering and I was completely happy with what I got. Definitely looking forward to more pictures from him in the future.
