The photos were absolutely beautiful !!
My daughters hair was turned brunette in her cheer photos, she's a blonde and somehow in all her cheer photos her hair looks dark brown. Otherwise I love the photos and the ease of ordering and the quality of the photos... especially the metallic sheen! The variety of photo options is awesome also.

Daniel was so helpful in addressing my desire to whiten my son's teeth in his band photo. The pictures turned about brleautifully. Very professional.
I wish there would have been at least 2 poses to choose from. Both of my kids photos turned out less than desirable. At least have more than one pose to choose from. I know that might be difficult with all those kids to photograph, but I know I can take a zillion snaps with an iPhone in a few seconds. I only say that because I got stuck with photos of my 2 kids smirking. Also, the tint or lighting or something was off this year. My son's hair looked to have an orange hue when it's clearly dark brown in real life. Again, I hate to sound like a nitpicker, but this asked for feedback and I was disappointed this year. I forgot about retakes which my daughter is begging for... but I already paid too much to get the digital print of these.
My picture showed up bent from there being no protection for it in the envelope it came in. Should probably consider sending them in a cardboard sleeve
The products were exceptional. What really made Mr. Simmons stand out though was his exceptional customer service. The mail carrier was reckless with my products and not only did Mr. Simmons respond within minutes of my initial contact about it, he sent new products out same day!
I can’t wait until we get team and individual photos with him again.

While I understand that it is complicated to have section pictures taken, my daughter has always looked more relaxed nd happy in her section picture as opposed to her individual portraits (she said it's less awkward to be photographed in a group). This year's photoshopping meant she looked the same in the individual and the group/section pictures.
Reasonable prices, good communication. Direct emails from the photographer/owner about our order to insure satisfaction was a big plus.
It took an incredibly long time to get the band pictures done at Niceville. The finished product was beautiful! But we were there for more than double the amount of time they told us to expect.

I am disappointed with the lighting and/or filters on my daughters’ photos. In the fall, they looked orange. In the winter, they look dark. None of the photos look like they really look.
