The personnel at the check-in station was cordial. The members count working out had a positive effect on me because every weight, cardio machine was taken up. The staff here kept the facility clean by vacuuming around the equipment whenever necessary.
Really enjoyed my visit to Tyler to see my daughter and dicided to get a workout in. Staff was very generous and gave me a free day pass. Machine and free weights were available and clean. Good vibes. Plan to go when i visit my daughter again.
1st time visiting a gym and it was great! Very clean and Alicia was so nice and welcoming and helpful. Wish we could go back to this location but we were in town visiting family. May go back if we decide to do the membership close to our home in Fort Worth.

One thing I really liked about my experience at Planet Fitness was the positive interactions. The workers were super friendly every time I walked in; they're always greeting people with real energy, not that forced customer-service smile. It made the place feel way more welcoming.
I also had a great interaction with Geronimo, who had everyone laughing and kept the whole mood light. He has a presence that instantly makes the space feel better. And Jadden was the same; he brought a calm, respectful vibe that made the whole experience even smoother. Between the staff and them, it honestly felt like one of the most positive and enjoyable gym visits I’ve had.

When I first walked in, there was a staff member,Jonny, at the front desk to greet me. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. This was my first visit as a new member and I was nervous. He was very reassuring and invited me to join his class. I will do that.
