My experience at Planet Fitness has been very good overall. The gym is always clean, the staff is friendly, and the environment is comfortable for working out. As a Black Card member, I really enjoy the HydroMassage area, but I’ve noticed that several of the machines are not working and usually only one is available, which can make it a little difficult to use them sometimes. I think it would be even better if all of them were repaired so members could fully enjoy this benefit. Other than that, everything has been excellent

I like that you can bring a partner (my teenage son in my case) so it gives us an opportunity to stay active and workout together, it provides an experience for him to get familiar with strength training. The environment is friendly, easy check in. and no one bothers you. I like the fact also that it is 24hrs.
