First the night employee is always so nice and helpfull whenever we have any questions I haven't asked her name or else I would totally put it here all I know is she has curly hair. Also everything is always clean and for someone that has never went to the Gym well the QR codes on the machines help alot sometimes just by the images I can do it too.

I would like to say I just love how when we first walk in we’re greeted by Geronimo, he has great costumer service, he always makes sure the gym is in good condition. I always constantly see him making sure everything is in order!

Great gym and all the employees go out of their way yo kerp the place and the equipment in top condition. The manager is a great guy and I had him change my home gym from Logan Utah because that Planet Fitness gym is ran by the most unprofessional witch of a woman and her daughter and their equipment is worn out and missing buttons and you can see the wiring on some machines. Now with Rowlett as my home gym the witches at the Logan Planet Fitness can't cancel my membership like she did a couple years ago.
The Planet Fitness in Cumberland Village was excellent. It was always clean, the machines were taken care of, and the staff was friendly. They have excellent equipment!!

Great experience
Everytime I go here have a great experience. I love the ambient, including the music, the staff is really nice, and they have all the machines I need. Overall, it’s really great and I always enjoy my workout here.

All the equipment was in good condition and clean
I like that when I go with my husband there’s plenty machines and that is not that crowded like the one in Seagoville. And the staff there are very nice always greet you with a smile
