The gym is always clean and well kept, there are trainers and staff members to help. The equipments are mostly upgraded and in great working conditions. Other members are courteous.

I like the early morning hours during the weekday.
It allows me to workout before work. There are lots of classes available to participate in. Also the staff is friendly and welcoming.

I have been attending the Taylor YMCA for over 20 years and enjoy the spirit of community and fitness classes offered each day. The instructors are encouraging and professional--love their energy and enthusiasm!

Both my wife and my fitness starts with swimming. Taylor has by far the best pool set up in the Triangle (would be even better if y’all had been able to build the 3rd one).
