I like the location.
It's essential to have childcare for me to exercise, so that's why I'm a member. Also, a few of the teachers are real treasures, namely Donna for gentle yoga and Nance for thrive cardio strength. Do whatever it takes to keep them around!
Great flexibility. Open nearly every day of the year. Lots of options from weights, to pickleball, to aerobic classes.
My family loves the Kid Zone. My kids have a wonderful time, and my husband and I really appreciate being able to work out and knowing our kids are in such good hands.

This Y is great. Though for whatever reason the location is a dead spot for cell service. When the gym is busy the wifi is not fast enough and my workout videos buffer. An upgrade to wifi 6 or 7 could help a lot due to the volume of people using it and the mobile dead spot.

Greetings - I mainly use the steam room when I visit the NWC YMCA. It would be great if I get email updates/alerts whenever it is not working that way it will save me time and avoid driving up to the Y only to find out the steam room is under repair. Also, the Taylor Family Y had taken precautions to seal the sensors in the steam room, so folks don't try to tamper it. Timer in the steam room needs to be adjusted because each time the steam is turned on it takes about 60-90 seconds for it to turn off and reset. In the NWC Y, it turns off in less than 30 seconds. It is important to safeguard the equipment and ensure the timer is set appropriately, so members can actually benefit from using the steam room. Thank you for your immediate attention.

Jee’s Zumba class was great as always. I enjoy her usual mix plus new songs. The group that usually go make a great caring community. The studio upstairs tends to run on the hot side especially during these hot summers. I wish the large fans can be used like the ones downstairs!

I was also given a complete tour by a third person whose name I have forgotten, and she was also a wealth of information!
