Please deep clean the pool. Otherwise this y is a great place to workout!
The Southeast Y is small and feels more like a community. Everyone is friendly and my experience is the age of those who attend is more varied than other Y's that are skewed to young adults - 20, 30 and 40's. Also the fitness manager, Tracy P is so dedicated to the members in providing the best experience possible. She makes sure everyone knows who she is and is open to members' questions and their input.

I love that I can come swim laps at the outdoor pool any time of year! But when I was just there, the women's locker room was a little messy (garbage on the floor, random towels around). But overall, it's such a great place!
Great facility, always neat and clean. People working there appear to be happy to be there and it shows on the faces and hearts. Always friendly, kind and helpful.
