Great staff! Amazing instructors (esp Erin and Patrick) -- and a nice offering of classes :) It's always clean and the machines/weights are kept in good order!

It's a nice place to get a quick workout in downtown. I like how the place is clean and has a good variety of equipment. I also like how there are classes at the bottom floor to join too.

It’s posh! It’s easy to access once you know about area parking ( no need to stalk people for a spot as we do at beloved Alexander). I love the floor in the yoga room and warmth.
Clean facility with friendly staff. I always feel welcome and have the space I need to accomplish my workout.
It’s nice that everyone wipes down their equipment after they use it and that the staff are friendly and helpful. The sauna is also a huge plus!

I like that Poyner is smaller and rarely - if ever - crowded. There is certainly plenty of activity, but never a crush of people. It feels almost like a boutique gym. It looks nice and stays clean, with good sized private showers and nice locker rooms, plus hot yoga included with membership. I'm obviously a fan! I usually walk from work in downtown, but even when I drive, finding parking is only occasionally the headache that people fear. There are parking decks nearby if needed.
The intimacy of the size; great staff, quiet . It feels like people there are serious about their work outs.

I like the variety and availability of weights and machines, the facilities are clean, and even though I don't swim too much, the pool looks spectacular.
