Everything!!! My daughter and I enjoy the Zumba classes. It's daughter and mom's time together. We also have a great workout at the open gym. We are delighted with Northwest YMCA.

I really like how spacious the gym is with enough equipment to share. & the outdoor heated pool is a bonus! Really happy with the Y at Northwest Cary. It’s much better than the other Ys Ive been to-I’ve Taylor and Poole are okay kind of small gym. NW Cary is much better! Very pleased with it.

Laid out very well...equip.ent not crammed together..treadmills facing outside is great! Separate Yoga room is a big pluse Staff is great. I love the international dine around events. MaryJane is a true asset to the Y.
