We need more weight machines in the gym. There are always multiple cardio machines not being used but all the weight machines are always in use. Please add more

Relatively new facility
Everything! My one complaint is how staff members treat young people at the basketball court. I do understand that teenagers can be unruly. I’m there every afternoon with my son as his friends because of that reason, I know they can be unruly. But the way staff talks to them and demands them for the court to be cleared could be part of the reason that they act like that. I never see people using machines get spoken to like that or treated in that manner. You guys still get a 10 from me. But I think that is something that could be addressed.
It is HUGE! I love how big the classrooms are and Zumba is my favorite. There are so many great spaces to sit and the day lockers make my life easier. I’m excited to try the new juice bar!

My first visit. It appears the staff is engaged. Nice facility good parking. I think seeing an employee floating around the machines upstairs might help to improve employee to member engagement with some subtle ‘policing’ the phone usage.

The facility is very nice and well kept. I've expressed a concern about availability of rowing machines and within about a month, there were additional machines available. It's likely that they were already planned, but it still felt very nice to see the issue get addressed. The front desk reception is staffed by the nicest people. They address you by name and they help you feel welcome and appreciated.
