Everyone was very helpful! The staff goes out of their way to help. I just attend the Tai Chi class in this YMCA. The instructor is excellent and the other students were also helpful. I will continue to attend the Tai Chi class here.

Great environment, excellent equipment and very friendly staff. Have great programs for kids and teens. I really enjoyed the classes especially Zumba classes. Amazing place for the family to spend time together!!

I appreciate the welcoming atmosphere at the Northwest Cary YMCA. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. It truly feels like a community where everyone is supported in achieving their wellness goals.
I like that it isn’t super expensive & it has pretty much everything I need. Steam room, sauna, pool, classes, weight room etc. I like the classes I often take the weight lifting classes. The Pilates class is great too!

It's open, modern, beautiful....and has pretty friendly staff that greet you soon after you enter! Classes are easy to arrange and the locker rooms are state of the art.
Favorite spot, the cycle bikes with real life nature adventures!!!!!!

Exiting from the YMCA on Carpenter Fire Station Rd, left turn is a challenge.
Gym is extremely clean. Sauna and Streamroom both are operational - unlike most Y's in the area. :) Staff very friendly. Did not see ANY broken equipment.

The staff are so kind and supportive and take great care of the kids - it is no great to know that my child is in good hands after school!
Our child really enjoys the extra time he gets with his friends from school. He has fun with the YMCA activities. We think NW Cary YMCA is well organized and the people that work there are very helpful and friendly.

The people I interact with are kind and helpful. I enjoy the fitness classes, especially the Sunday afternoon Vinyasa Flow yoga class and Restore & Core Pilates class. The instructor, Emily, is great and she keeps the classes different enough that you can do both without getting too tired from doing too much of one thing. I know the "Pilates" class isn't a classical Pilates class, but it's still a good core workout and is appreciated. I'd hate to see it go away, especially since the Taylor YMCA's Sunday afternoon Pilates class disappeared a few years ago (and that's what made me check out the Northwest Cary schedule). In the Sunday afternoon yoga class, I like how Emily offers something for all levels of Yoga practitioner and keeps things lighthearted and upbeat.

Great facility, classes, instructors and staff!
I like that it’s close to my job so I can workout on my lunch break. It is also great that when my child is tracked out I can be close for pickups.
