Nancy Sawaya is the best exercise instructor and Lakewood has been incredibly lucky to have her all these years. Amy Rossi is a treat as well. I love the lakewood community and all the friends and acquaintances I have made since I joined the y in 1997. Chan at the front desk is wonderful.

It's cozy
It’s small, but never crowded, at least during the day.
It's always clean and everything is working. I wish at the front desk they had vitamin scriptures in a jar like some other Y's do. Some Y's have a jar of bible scriptures on a piece of paper and guests just take one. I highly recommend that and it also uphold and encompasses the Y's mission.
The yoga classes we attended were great. The people were so friendly.

Spacious. Fairly clean. Nice big group class room. Only downfall is parking when soccer or basketball is taking place.
Ample parking, nice size group fitness room. Locker room appeared clean and although I didn't use the steam room and sauna I love that they are operational. Just wish that this location has a pool!
