Great classes great facilities the childcare is wonderful

Friendly people, excellent staff, and clean facility

I enjoy. the classes that are offered. The instructors are wonderful. The desk staff are very helpful and friendly. They call me by my name and welcome me every time I enter the building.

Like the men's sauna, but do not like it when certain people are stretching and moving around. Some also bring in noisy or huge water bottles with noisy glug, glug glug sounds. It's like you cannot go without water for 15 minutes?

The desk staff is always friendly and anxious to help. The facility is bright and airy.
My only complaint is that early morning members do NOT return workout items to where they belong ie: the pvc poles, small balls, knee cushions, and sometimes weights! You have to go searching for them.

The facility is very nice and clean. Locker rooms are clean. Good equipment availability. Love the walking track. So nice to have an indoor walking track.
Above all the staff is incredibly nice Every single person I have encountered has been extremely friendly and welcoming and helpful. Actually above and beyond. So very nice and friendly.
The only request I have is could the temp be cooler upstairs? It’s so hot upstairs and it’s still winter. I’m concerned it may be really hot in summer. If the temp could be lowered so it’s not so hot walking the track and using the equipment upstairs that would be great !
