Excellent instructors that change exercise routines to make the classes fun and exciting. The instructors are anlso receptive to new ideas in our routines input if we want to mix it up. I LOVE MY CLASSES!!!

I like that it feels like a neighborhood community, full of diverse people of different ages. I like to be greeted when I come in and bid goodbye when I leave. I appreciate the focus on the larger community and its needs - food drives, community garden, education, angel tree, back to school drives. People care about each other at the Kraft Y. On the practical side, there's a good range of equipment, classes, and floor space.
The facility is always well kept-up and in a great wooded environment!
The desk staff (Shanon) was friendly and helpful guiding me through the process.

Variety of activities, friendly and helpful staff, wonderful instructors in classes I have attended, clean and well managed facility, community vibe when there due to families and groups of friends meeting and doing things together at the facility as well as community related awareness activities promoted by the Y.

The facility has everything you need. the staff is the best part. It changed my life as a stay at home mom to have a place to watch the kids for a couple hours so i could do paperwork, online chores, shower, exercise and hold meetings and appts. The kids all love the staff and the kid zone area and programming is warm, open, engaging and inviting. It even simulates school in some ways, which adds to their development. The teachers are so good that theyre shared with many preschools. Kraft even welcomes one of my children w disabilities and their personal therapist so that he can have therapy in real-world settings to help improve his condition. The pool and sports are phenomenal. The families who attend are wonderful. The peers my kids meet are great. I am grateful and thankful to the Kraft, which has changed my life!

Up to date facility - always clean.
Clean,friendly & always ready to assist in solving any problems one may have. Eg. technology, lost item, use of equipment
It's very clean and equipment is up to date. The classes are nice. I would get rid of the check in process for classes though as it seems a little unfair. Some of the classes you have 3 minutes to sign up before they fill up. That doesn't seem right- what if you are working and can't get to your phone in those 3 minutes. We shouldn't be punished for that. Just have a regular first come, first serve line at the door. If the class is full or there's no equipment available for someone, they can just find an alternative way to take the class. It's what every other facility and YMCA in the country does. It's ridiculous to give someone 2 minutes to sign up for a class every week only at a specific time.
The staff are always friendly and helpful. Classes are a good variety. My husband goes every day!

The variety of classes and the expertise of the instructors is exceptional. They provide helpful guidance and friendliness. All the staff are caring and make you feel welcome. It is a very positive atmosphere that encourages all ages to blend together.

We love the Kraft Y! The staff are always so friendly, the facilities are very clean, SO GRATEFUL for the child care so Mom & Dad can have an hour to ourselves, and leave the kiddo with trustworthy staff. I enjoy the health challenges throughout the year, opportunities to serve the community through food drives, clothes drives, etc., and their efforts to meet their overall mission. Oh, and love the sauna and then access to the pool during the summer months too!
