This is are home gym now (it was Taylor in the past).
Why do we like this gym. All the latest equipment. And the infrared sauna.
The yoga classes are also great.
Alexandria at the KidZone has been absolutely wonderful with helping me get my kiddos checked in and settled. She is an amazing asset to the team at Kraft. All the other employees have also been very kind and helpful as well.
The YMCA in Apex is so friendly, clean, & full of workout options, so it never gets boring. The building is well used and especially over summer - with the pool and summer camps- there is a sea of smiles and good energy around you. The staff regularly check in with you and make it feel more like you’re visiting friends. Robert always says hi to myself and my husband. It’s great to see familiar and friendly faces. Some places have constant turnover, but you can tell people like being here and working here. Keep up the great work.

Friendly knowledgeable staff
I’m 70 years old and love the low impact cardio workout I get with water aerobics during the summer. I wish there were a similar program during fall and winter. There are a lot of us older people with arthritis and other issues that make it difficult to attend regular exercise sessions.
I have tried some of the virtual classes but they have technical difficulties. And I miss interacting with an instructor.
The classes for my group of attendees that are held in studio A with an instructor present are always so full that it’s difficult to do the workout
I love the Y as a concept. However it doesn’t always seem that it’s working for my older arthritic husband and I
I enjoy going the the Kraft YMCA. The only way it could get better would be if they somehow added racquetball courts.

I like the energy of the facility. I feel like it's kept really clean for a gym and it doesn't feel run down. I mostly do group ex and I'm happy with the schedule and the classes themselves.
Everything at the Y is well organized, and well run, and the people who work there are all universally kind, and helpful. The exercise classes instructors also are real professionals and very pleasant. I also find, as a somewhat less young retiree, that I find lots of people in the classes who I can really get to know and enjoy working out with.

i like the 4:35pm weight training time slot for weight lifting classes. The instructors offer options and are always asking for our feedback which is great.
One suggestion for the Y in general is to enforce a dress code. No sports bras worn as tops! Stomachs should be covered when working out at the Y.

Classes
Staff are very friendly and the facility is clean. I enjoy the classes and take yoga and power pump.
However, the monthly cost has gone up considerably and I have been watching that closely. There may come a time when I will not feel the value is there for the price. I would like to see the increases slow down.

Great Trainers and Equipment
Great instructors who motivate and encourage everyone in the class, variety of group fitness classes, good supply of weights and equipment, helpful staff, and clean facility.
I like the childcare. They have great staff and I like how they divide the classes up by age. I also like that they have an indoor track.
People that work there and workout there! Real people that care.

Great experience
Cycling instructors, especially Sara. She’s very inclusive of members, seeks feedback and varies the music over multiple genres.
The upstairs track is fantastic. Longer than most indoor tracks at regular gyms.
Pool is very nice.
My experience so far has been great. I talked with Ed and he was great with guiding me through the registration process, thank you Ed. The front desk staff is wonderful as well.
