The staff is very friendly, the facilities are very clean, and they make us feel truly comfortable.
The people make the place and the YMCA has some of the best at Ingram Family. I have been an active member for well over a decade and have met many who have become friends over the years. The facilities have been mostly good with some water fountain issues lasting quite a while. The free weights are in great condition and there seem to be enough of them to handle the traffic, at least when I am there. The machines are in good condition as well. There are too many stationary bikes and too few treadmills, which tend to breakdown. The facility is always super clean.

I like it that the indoor pool is open on the weekend because I live in Pittsboro and our YMCA pool is not open to anything but Lap swimmers on the weekend after Labor Day. I hope you will keep open this Saturday swim. It’s so important for older people to be able to use the pool on Saturday. I wish it was open on Sunday also!

All staff & administrators at the Raleigh office are very helpful & always friendly. Facility is kept very clean. Members are polite & friendly. Ingram seems to CARE about it’s members.
