I love the YMCA! Everyone was very kind and thorough and explaining the options that were available to me. I went to a water aerobics class and thoroughly enjoyed it! Everyone was really friendly and welcoming and I highly recommend the Ingram YMCA to anyone.
The staff and class instructors are very good. We like the indoor pool, also.

I don’t take full advantage of the facilities as I only attend water aerobics classes and thoroughly enjoy them. Actually they keep me going. I would prefer the water be a couple degrees warmer though as it’s hard on my arthritis. Class members are fun & caring.
The staff always greets me with a smile & calls me by name when I check in. I really appreciate that. They are very helpful & friendly.
Staff is very very warm and friendly. They always smile even though they must have lives and problems outside of that desk. Facility is also clean and feels safe.
