Tanya the instructor for Aqua Zumba was great and makes it so much fun. Staff at front desk very friendly and helpful.
Class is good and there is all the equipment that I need. Also close, so not a lot of travel to get there. People are nice.
One downside is that the shower heads in the men’s locker room are terrible. They dribble at best. cannot be too difficult to install new shower heads.
I love going to the clases offered but I would really like if an evening pillaties class was offered. I like the atmosphere of the gym and the friendliness of the staff. Daisy is super nice and always greats me warmly. It’s makes the difference!
Maria’s yoga class is one of the best I’ve taken evvvvver!!!!

The best thing about the Ingram YMCA is the staff. Everyone there is helpful and friendly, especially Julia. We also like the indoor pool! The small classroom can get crowded easily and both classrooms seem to have problems with climate control on very hot or cold days.
The half-sized lockers don't have enough space, particularly in the winter, when clothes are bulkier.
Love the pool! And the desk staff are so friendly!

Not in any order.....friendly people, the sauna, a pool with a deep section for immersing whole body for exercise, ease of parking, convenience to my home and miscellaneous shopping in Sanford.

I like the friendships there. I don’t like the large fans but at least can stand in the back. Would love to have classes a little later but overall I like sticking with the Y.😊👍
