I like the studio for Yoga, gets good light, and is surrounded by the deck and trees. It’s a relaxing atmosphere. Sometimes a little chilly, and it is a little small.

Very positive experience with my personal trainer. I really like the fact that soft surface tennis courts are available at Hope Valley Farms. I also appreciate the recent upgrade of a good deal of the gym equipment.

Appreciate the addition to the free weights now available. You don’t have to get there first to get the sizes you want. I had suggested this back in 2024 and very glad you followed up, thanks!
