The YMCA AEFinley has many classes to fit your schedule for exercise. The staff is friendly and always ready to answer any questions. The members I met there are very nice too.

I joined last October of 2022. I was a long time member previously but after my heart attack in 2012 I stopped shortly thereafter. My main concern to rejoin was new heart issues I was having and in case of an emergency I needed staff trained to deal with these issues. Three weeks after joining I had a Ventricular Tachycardia event that was life threatening. With help from staff at the YMCA I was taken care of until EMS could arrive. Thanks to Lisa Strong, Paula Ruff and other staff I survived the event and have had no problems since.

I like the variety and number of classes offered in addition to the free weights and other equipment. Instructors are enthusiastic and knowledgable. All support staff are friendly snd helpful. And the cost of my membership is affordable. A huge plus!

The facilities are always clean and the staff is always friendly. There are also plenty of amenities, such as a steam room, sauna, large lap pool, among others.
