My first time using my membership was at the A. E Finley Location. The sweet lady at the front desk was super helpful (I forgot her name ) But she told me she only works M,T,Thr. She was very helpful with explaining where things were located and with a smile :) AND this location opens at 5am which fits perfectly for my schedule ! Love this locay for sure 😌

Overall a great facility. the mens steam and locker room could be cleaner.
Classes that are held in the gym are extremely loud.

The coffee machine! It may sound small but it makes a huge difference in how my day gets started leaving after a good workout.

Great facilities but need more pickleball court time. It is always crowded....indicating members want to play!!!

My family and I have been members for a long time and have always been welcomed and enjoyed the facilities. Now that I have my own family, I can share this experience with my children!

The awesome staff, community minded members and the various exercise equipment and pool. I've increased my swimming over the past year and didn't realize swimming was great for your body.

Good facilities. Great staff, friendly & helpful. Class instructors are very good. We have been members since the building opened in 1989. The monthly fees are the best investment we make as a family.

Overall, the only part of the facility I use is the fitness center.

It's kept clean and the equipment is well maintained ..

The staff is also friendly

i have enjoyed my Y experience for almost 30 years. The Y classes have met my needs in different ways as I aged from cardio classes to thrive classes. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The Y is always clean and well equipped. I try to attend classes 2=3 times when I'm not injured! I notice that you call it the YMCA. I am especially endeared to the C part and would not be a member if it did not embrace the Christian aspect. The extra 'education' classes are so appreciated as they gear to health and aging!

I love the swim lanes availability in the mornings around 930-10 And the fact that you don’t have to reserve them I am a new member and look forward to the outdoor heated pool!
Staff and members are very friendly and knowledgeable. Locker rooms are spacious with dressing rooms and showers with dressing rooms ,I don’t have to bring a hair dryer!
I look forward to my Y time!

The staff at A.E. Finley as well as Poyner have been great. I also had interactions with customer service over the phone to ensure my wife and children were added. The experience could not have been any better. Thank you for all the wonderful people you have that work there. They are all focused on our best interest and overall health.
