The counselors are great, and my oldest loves the artwork she gets to do. We loved the club options in October and November.
When the swim team is there in the mornings, it coincides with the 5:45 class ending at 6:30. Sometimes, all the showers are taken. I almost didn't get to shower last week because of this. Is there a way to recommend the single stall showers in the auxiliary locker room or to leave one shower open for members? I was already in my towel, or I would have gone to one of the single-stall bathrooms. It might also be helpful to post something when the swim team will be here, so members can anticipate showering elsewhere. Whatever you think is best. I just want to make sure members have a shower on the days the swim teams are here.
Great space--open and airy--and excellent equipment. The beautiful modern building, I feel, iis taking Pittsboro to the future. I like that it's situated on a hill and overlooking the pool. The staff is very welcoming to all.
I enjoy being there. It is a very friendly facility offering many classes. Staff members are great.
Two comments I might add to this beautiful facility are:
1. I wish the pool were enclosed so more of us could/would use it year around. It is a pity you keep it heated for only a few people during the cold season.
2. I would appreciate another hook to hang stuff in the shower stalls.
My son has loved his experience and I have enjoyed seeing his growth and engagement with peers after school!

It’s near my home. The pool. Positive and qualified teachers who communicate well and are caring. A decent class selection.
Our daughter loves the activities and the teachers/counselors. We also love the convenience of the program being held at the school (so no transportation required) and the affordable cost.
The staff is amazing and they really care about the kids. Sam has been incredible!

Pool, workout machines and Senior Programs
The space is so open and airy.
I also really like the equipment.
It is well kept, always clean.
The family locker room is my favorite part. Because my husband has been recently diagnosed with dementia, I can keep a close eye on him rather than wonder what may be happening to him while he is in a men's only locker room.
I am looking forward to enjoying the outdoor pool on sunny days with outdoor temps of 60+.

I love the Chatham Park Y. The folks who are at the desk are so friendly (Mr Rick in the mornings, Ms Sherry in the evenings!) and I love how the treadmills aren't crowded. Amanda is a fantastic instructor and I love taking her Ripped and Strong class. More classes on the weekend afternoons, please!
I like how it is close to my home. I like that it is brand new and has a great variety of equipment and activities.
However, I do not like the process to book a class. It is very confusing as to when the booking begins. I tried to book a class 2 days out and was not allowed to do it yet. When I went back to book it, the class was full and the wait list was full. Not sure how the process works.

Location. Variety of classes and times.
All the different classes that are available, the fact that the lane pool will be open most of the year. Being a new facility it seems as though it is being kept up rather well. All the people that work here are friendly and willing to help. People listen when you have questions or ideas.
