I would love more advanced yoga classes early in the morning 7am. Tamara leads a good class as does Robin Hamilton.

I like the pool, however, I really really really want a steam room and sauna at this CHATHAM Park YMCA, every other way that I go to has a sauna and steam room not sure why this one doesn’t but it’s by far the nicest YMCA it just doesn’t have those two amen

The classes are phenomenal. I wish there were more of them! Kids Zone is the greatest. Being able to give my kids an enriching and safe experience while working on my own health has been a true gift.

And as soon as entering the building, you are greeted by pleasant people who are glad to see you. The “question of the day“ gives an additional opportunity to interact with the staff which creates a sense of belonging after a few of these encounters.

All the different classes that are available, the fact that the lane pool will be open most of the year. Being a new facility it seems as though it is being kept up rather well. All the people that work here are friendly and willing to help. People listen when you have questions or ideas.
The counselors are great, and my oldest loves the artwork she gets to do. We loved the club options in October and November.
When the swim team is there in the mornings, it coincides with the 5:45 class ending at 6:30. Sometimes, all the showers are taken. I almost didn't get to shower last week because of this. Is there a way to recommend the single stall showers in the auxiliary locker room or to leave one shower open for members? I was already in my towel, or I would have gone to one of the single-stall bathrooms. It might also be helpful to post something when the swim team will be here, so members can anticipate showering elsewhere. Whatever you think is best. I just want to make sure members have a shower on the days the swim teams are here.
Great space--open and airy--and excellent equipment. The beautiful modern building, I feel, iis taking Pittsboro to the future. I like that it's situated on a hill and overlooking the pool. The staff is very welcoming to all.
