If I could suggest anything, it would be to add another adductor/abductor machine…… or a sign to ask people not to sit on it and check phones.

The membership service personnel are very friendly and professional. It took just a few minutes to join the membership.
I go to the Alexander YMCA and the Southeast Raleigh YMCA to swim laps. I live closer to the Poyner YMCA and prefer to attend the yoga and pilates classes at that location.

I really like the Alexander YMCA because there are so many options to be active and enjoy yourself at the gym. I used to take advantage of the basketball gym all the time.
I would like to understand if the flow through the gym could be improved. When I have to use the locker room I have to go downstairs, then go all ethe way upstairs to get to the exercise equipment. It would be nice to be able to come in through the bottom floor, check-in, then go upstairs.
I would also like to suggest assault bikes for fitness as an addition to the fitness equipment. I am recovering from a knee surgery and it would be awesome to have another option for low resistance cardio workouts.

This YMCA offers so much-group fitness classes, a pool, cardio equipment, and multiple weight rooms. Add in it's great location and it couldn't be much better!
