This facility is more than a gym, more than a fitness center it's a place of complete performance and perfection. It has everything you could ever want or need in a fitness center in addition to classes and groups.
This is probably the top Y in the Triangle. The spaciousness and amenities are a welcoming sight compared to my local Poole Family YMCA. I wish I was able to attend this one more often.
I like the variety of workout spaces and available classes.
Great cardio machines, weight rooms and enjoy the gym for shooting hoops at lunchtime. Haven't tried the classes in a while--the music was too loud for me. I like how the staff sets a friendly tone that most of the patrons pick up.

The indoor pool and Aqua Fitness classes have been such a blessing and benefit to me.

The front desk staff and just all around a very friendly. Also the facility is always clean, with towel service available.
It was easy to sign up and I love the flexibility. It could be helpful to provide some instructions for pick up for the parents and what to tell the kids about getting to after care. But my daughter loved it!!
Loved Ali’s power yoga class. Hope to see her more at spoiler (my usual branch)

Facility is clean and the studio used for yoga classes is just right, not too big or too small. It's also well insulated from outside noise.
The spaciousness of the facility is amazing. The Instructor was awesome. She was nice, she gave directions that were clear. She gave options. She was amazing. I think her name was Johanna.
I gave it a 9 instead of a 10. The reason is expense. I highly recommend the Y for the facilities, the personnel, and the available equipment. But some of my friends might be put off by the monthly cost of membership. Most folks my age are retired, but some don't have a bottomless source of funds to pay for everything they want to do. If push came to shove, $54 per month might be too much for a strained budget.
