Both associates I spoke with Cece and Zion were very helpful. Your staff and facility is "miles" ahead go any other gym in the Triangle.
I love the facilities. I hope the Y is doing a good job of making the facility and its programs available to low income, children, and families. I don't know enough about the program or the organization to be certain about that, but I'm hopeful.
My son absolutely loves this program and wishes that he could go every day. The staff is great and very communicative and the programing is a good balance of fun and structure.
Everything about the outdoor pool is great, especially the High salt and low chlorine content of the water. Keep it up!

Me encantan las clases en la piscina, chair yoga , stretching con Meredith son a las que mas voy, me gustaria que hubieran clases de yoga facial y ejercicios que nos ayuden a fortalecer nuestro sistema linfatico. Después me gusta todo la atencion amabilidad y el ambiente agradable. Gracias

Clean friendly tons of equipment and classes
Lots of good weight equipment
While I went in on a Friday night, the facility had available parking and cardio equipment. I've been to locations this month that were far too crowded with people pretending to keep New Year's resolutions. Even though that happens every year, I admired how the Alexander Y had a sign to limit the facility to members only at peak times.
The facility is always clean. The classes are first top notch. The staff is friendly. A special shout out to Jessica, Megan. Jay and Gwen.
