Initially the reason I choose CBA is because of all the support they do for the special needs community and I just wanted to give back a little.

I was expecting a cute mom-and-pop shop and ended up finding a state-of-the-art automotive team who doesn't let their amazing system stop them from putting that mom and pop love into their customer service. I was provided with a very detailed electronic and printed report of the diagnosis and resolution. Not only did the report have lots of pictures of my vehicle but a team member also patiently explained everything in the report to me.

While I won't be thrilled about my next vehicle issue, I'll certainly be looking forward to working with CBA and their awesome staff.

They took action, got me towed and got me picked up. They diagnosed the issue and fixxed it as soon as they could. Very pleased with the service.
