Not your typical mechanic's shop! Very clean lobby, professionally dressed staff that are friendly and curtious. They got my car done promptly, and provided me with a shuttle ride home, and picked me back up when my car was finished. I have been there twice now, and I will be going again regularly for my car maintenance.

I have been impressed by how you stand by your work. Your customer service is also outstanding.

Employees were very nice. And, they didn't try to sell me on work my car didn't need.

Very nice facility and immediate attention for customer service. The report for overall analysis was very specific with photos as needed of vehicle. The technicians and sales consultants give you cost estimate and that is what your cost is. Will not perform any other services without your permission and signature if needed.
My vehicle performance improve greatly after performing needed servicing…aka…efficiency of automatic transmission smooth shifting transission.

Honest upfront conversation about my vehicle needs and what was not needed and directed by the dealer.

I have owned auto's for the past 52 years. I took my car in for some work and this was the first time that I left the repair shop feeling comfortable and not concerned about being oversold. The repair/oil change and new battery was professionally done. The initial concern with the steering column making noise and was diagnosed with no new motors needed and was working fine.

I really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff.

I don't feel like I'm being ripped off, they never try to upsell you, and prices are very reasonable.
