Honest and upfront. Another local auto service shop quoted me an unrealistic amount to replace my rotors and replace brake pads. Also tried to get me to buy a set of tires. Christian Brothers resurfaced my rotors, replaced the brake pads and didn't try sell me a set of tires I didn't need yet. By treating me honestly and respectfully they earned my business for all future auto service needs.

Top notch customer service from the moment I walked in the door all the way to the follow up call to make sure everything was to my satisfaction! Sam, my service advisor was super thorough and easy to work with.
I went in for AC service and an alignment but ended up having to swap out some tie rods and idler arm before it could be aligned. They were totally supportive of me swapping the parts myself and bringing it back. I have my own equipment at home and wanted to sane a few dollars. Sam even gave me sound advice on what brand parts to get.
Overall very happy with the service at Christian Brothers Automotive and will definitely be back!

Honest and friendly staff

I would recommend cb to everyone. They have repaired the front end of my daughters car, replaced the tires on my wife's car, and upgraded the suspension on my truck!! And we have been very happy with the outstanding services provided and will continue to bring our vehicles there for all our maintenance needs!! Thanks guys
