I really enjoy the classes.
The facility is always clean. Staff is friendly. The. Classes and the instructors are all great and a lot of fun aszqell as a good workout. Each instructor is unique in their own way.

Group fitness is a big plus and staff is awesome
I love the classes and the pool! I also love the extra activities for the kids and things like the Bingo club. I love how it has things for most ages. I also love the child watch availability too. That helps so many parents to keep their health on check. If I can say I have a few suggestions:
1. Baby changing area in the showers
2. More available classes in the afternoon
3. Maybe creating a meditation room/class
4. Maybe creating a game room with things like air hockey or ping pong or pinball

I love the entire staff! The facilities are great, with lots of choices for whatever you want or need to work on . Good hours and plenty of programs! The facility is always kept clean and up to date! They are still improving things so there is always something new around the corner. Highly recommend!
Love how the machines are spaced out and the atmosphere. The staff is always friendly. I enjoy each visit.
Great people and a great place to exercise
I love all things Sampson YMCA. However, I would like to see MORE, programs for children ages8-10, activities for children during child watch, I think they would benefit from being active while waiting for parents to workout. MORE, a variety of classes, currently similar classes are being run all week. MORE, actual customer service training programs for staff and instructors. MORE community involvement, and advertising when involved, not just on FB, there should be a bulletin board announcing Y involvement. Again, I LOVE the Y, I just want everyone in Sampson County to experience the same love and joy I feel.

Staff, especially Eddie, is very friendly and professional. Everyone is eager to help and they make you feel very comfortable while you are there. The facilities, including the men's locker room and restroom are always in immaculate order. Yes, I would recommend this "Y" to anyone.

The Y is being cleaned on a regular basis and that helps decrease the spread of any germs.
The staff are always ready to listen and help so it helps me to understand any upcoming changes and also to give my input to the changes.
Very easy to work with and knowledgeable about programs. Staff was very helpful in signing up for membership assistance. Looking forward to working with them in the near future
My daughter loves going into the childcare to play, makes it easier to work out. Also the price is not too bad for all the opportunities that are offered.
