All of the staff are wonderful and very welcoming and very supportive. While I may not be the most active in the gym, I do observe how they interact with the patrons. One day my confidence will not betray me and I will be one of those patrons. I am so looking forward to that very day.

I have been taking a few workout classes for a couple of years now and a couple months ago I decided to hire a personal trainer. It has been a game changer for me. Not only am I learning the equipment, but I am learning the proper ways to work out on each machine while gaining confidence in myself.

The people are friendly and helpful and the classes are great too. I wish we had more time in these classes such as Zumba/Linedancing .
I love the fact that it has a pool and a basketball court and you can workout also. Also the people that work are friendly and will help you any time you need it.
