The facility is really nice, not crowded at all and my daughter's swim instructor Mr. Zander is great!
Since the Y's opening, many new exercise classes both aquatic and otherwise have been added to this YMCA's wonderful list of things to do at the Y. I am Grandmother age now, but there are lots of programs for children too. The equipment in the Gym is constantly being upgraded and they continue to have wonderful staff and program workers that are all happy and helpful people available to help with anything thing we need.
I would highly recommend making the effort to add the YMCA to your budget because it's worth it!

Everybody has been so amazing to work with the kids camp could not be better we are so thankful for the YMCA in Clinton North Carolina thank you for all you do for the community couldn't say enough good things Alyssa at the y is especially amazing.
The staff were very friendly gave a tour and were welcoming. My kids had their first swimming lessons and it was great. The trainer was very patient and knowledgeable.
Our grandson Wyatt loves the summer camp. Highly recommend it.

I like the classes I attend on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I enjoy the fellowship,also meeting new friends. Also, I like having the space and not be crowded. The teachers are excellent 👌
The staff are very friendly and helpful. My daughter loves playing volleyball in the racquetball room. Being able to use multiple machines at only 11 has made her much more interested in fitness.

I like that they have classes that you can join
I really like the fellowship and finding new friends, along with getting back into physical shape with some of the friends that we have. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place to find new friends and get back into physical condition. Thanks to the Sampson Co. YMCA and their staff.

Everyone I have ever talked that worked there was extremely nice and helpful. My favorite part of everything is the cleanliness . It's clear the staff makes a conscious effort to keep it that way.......... Second best in my humble opinion is the indoor pool, open all year. With that comes swimming lesson and aquatic sports..... Everyone should at least be able to tread water , you just never know........
