I love walking, so the track is a major factor for me.
Everyone is extremely nice. The environment is clean and tidy. All the different programs, or things you could do.

When I go in the am it is not too crowded.
I do want to say that there are many people not cleaning the machines after using them. How about putting up some signs or having the staff remind them to do so? Also, cell phones are being used while people are on machines. They sit there and play on the phone while others would like to use that one-of-a-kind machine. Another sign or a staff member reminding them to use the machine and then let someone else else use it?
I do love the pool!!!

Clean, comfortable and spacious place to work out
The scheduling that works for me. Plenty of help from any staff member. Access to plenty of water, & cleaning products to use after each time you use a machine.
I like the atmosphere
The people and staff are so friendly and professional! They also have great trainers and class instructors.
The YMCA is a family friendly facility. It provides activities that help the children, young adults, parents and seniors. If the people of Sampson County realized the national and state connections the YMCA provides they would come in droves. As members, the access when traveling, child care, summer programs for children and youth, Holiday and workday child care, after school care and team sports. The atmosphere is clean and wholesome. Also, check your insurance and it may pay your monthly fee.
It is a great well run facility and Sampson County and area lucky to have it.
It's a great facility with everything I need for my workouts. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. The Y is a good place to make new friends and find old ones.

Friendly helpful staff. Clean environment. You offer some classes tho it would be great if there were more. I would say the trash in the women’s bathroom is often untidy which can be frustrating.

Swimming pool is very nice and swimming hours are very good
Nancy Brake is an excellent yoga instructor.
I regret we still only have access to one morning yoga class. For years, having two morning yoga classes weekly was very beneficial to my health and well being.
I also appreciate access to the treadmills.
Would like to be able to watch and listen
(earbuds) to TV. That made walking much more enjoyable at The Wellness Center.
The YMCA staff is very friendly and courteous.
And it has been a wonderful experience I have learned a lot and the people are very kind they treat you like you are part of the family God bless you always
