First and foremost it would be a warm greeting that I received when I walked in the door. Then just the overall of the building and the value of equipment that can be use to help build your mind and body The cleanness of the facility, and the spray bottles filled with sanitation to clean the equipment when done using. Lastly can not wait to use the swimming pool.

I recently had major surgery and went missing from the y and a staff member called to check on me. It's good to know someone cares. Thank you for going above and beyond. The"Y" is just like family.!!
I like everything about the Sampson County YMCA! Customer Service is exemplary! Staff go above and beyond to encourage members to reach their fitness goals. Programs meet and exceed members needs, providing child care, teacher work days, parents night out, health care services/ programs (diabetes, high blood pressure) all to ensure the well being of the community. Attending the Y has become my saving grace! I have found MY PLACE in the SAMPSON COUNTY YMCA!
