Clean, lots of difference activities, equipment, well-manner, good attitude, pool, inside walking track, friendly employees, visitors etc. Different Sports : Basketball 🏀 / Pickleball /. Kids activities/ Daycare. Coffee club, Gardening club, Walk/ Run Club etc.

It's availability and the classes and instructors are amazing. The facility is clean and the staff is great. I just love going there
I love the pool and some of the classes. The gym is usually clean and feels safe.
I do wish that things that are broken would get fixed faster. I also wish you would put out a post or alert when a class is cancelled. It’s difficult when you show up in a swim suit and find out the class is cancelled.
Classes are great and at a mixture of good times. Instructors are fantastic! Clean environment, and welcoming. The women’s bathroom faucets are pretty bad though….they spatter water everywhere and makes the sinks a mess :(
Would love to have a few little extras around the gym for use (Mag-Grip for the weights, and an arm curl machine) I had asked about a way to measure fat percentage and was told it would be around the end of April 2024. Would also like to see the gym have later hours then 9pm during the week and more hours on the weekend.
But overall, the Y, has not been a bad shift from the gym I was at and had a few pros and cons that I am still getting use to.
It is a very welcoming environment! They have lots of different activities and workout equipment for you to use! I’m new here but can’t way to experience more that the YMCA has to offer!

The facility is clean, well lite and everyone is friendly. Even when it's busy I can get a treadmill or other piece of equipment.

What I like most about The Sampson County YMCA are the most encouraging instructional staff. They have encouraged me not only to keep going with my physical fitness but to also take classes and teach. Becoming a member of the Y has changed my life for the better.

Great hours and the staff is friendly. It would be nice to have a step class n the evening. I noticed that the morning classes are great. Some classes n the evening starts at 5:00PM, so you if get off work at 5:30 you dont have too much to make the class.
I like the group classes, such as line dancing & Zumba.
