The atmosphere, but the free weight room is very congested and could be expanded into another room that is currently used for classes.
I love the facility and classes. I wish there were more of the high intensity classes during lunch and right around 4-5pm to work around work day times.
The NIR location is beautiful. Love the locker rooms, the availability of group classes, equipment available, the group exercise rooms. The instructors are great. Love Charlotte and Angie and Katie and Jordon...can't wait for Mid-towns renovations to be complete...live closer to Mid-town.
Pool, free weights, weight machines, all sorts of walking running stepping climbing rowing machines. Friendly, attentive staff. Free workout classes and inexpensive instructional tutorials like pickleball and dance. Beautiful grounds for walking and meditation. Daycare available while you workout. App available for scheduling classes online and learning what else is available and there's a lot!

The gym was very clean and there were so many machines/options for my workout. Staff up
front was very nice and helpful. Locker room was very well kept and very spacious.

The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the facility is clean. I just wish there were more experienced class teachers. Loosing Katie and Priscilla were big losses, and in my opinion, they've not been adequately replaced.
