The monitoring system on the tank
Your staff are always very helpful. Someone always acknowledges my presence when I come into the office. The drivers are always very friendly yet professional. They understand about the two big dogs on the property and are patient till I am sure both dogs are secure. The guys know how to drive and manuver the big trucks into tight spaces and are not afraid to drag hose where necessary. Have always recieved good service and been informed when things change. Staff knows how to explain changes in layman's terms so that it is very easy to understand and follow what the changes are.
You deliver when you say you will. Employees are friendly and courteous. Same for the office staff.

Everything except the price - but that’s not your fault.
Prompt service
Propane is available from many sources so nothing special about that product. Service is typical as will call customers are considered last even though they have been buying gas for years.
