Good service
Have always done good job keeping me full with propane
Kamps is easy to get in touch with and staff is always courteous. Never, in over 12 years, have we had any problems with deliveries. I also like the billing system.
On the negative side:
It would be great if we weren’t charged the yearly tank/service fee, which was $33 this month. We were not charged this fee by our former gas company at our last property.
We have been a Kamps customer for over 8-yrs. From the drivers to the office personnel, they are all very friendly and helpful. When ever we have had to come into the office, or call in on the phone, the people that work there are always friendly and professional. We have never had any issues! Only thing that would be nice , would be a discount for customers that pay their bill in full after every refill.
I have never ran out of propane since I have been on your automatic monitoring system. The delivery person is always helpful and cordial. Plus the office staff is responsive and helpful.

We like the remote service where Kamps knows how full or empty our tank is and will come out to fill without us having to call. Also appreciate the weekly update emailed to us on the tank status.

Gerardo Fernandez was my delivery driver and unlike other delivery drivers I'd had the road did not bother him. He was very professional and personable as well. I highly recommend Kamps!

Good response time. We have dogs that need to be put away so they call ahead. They always give us a heads up and they are quick. Drivers are always so nice. I give them a 10 !
