I am very upset to see how high the bill suddenly went from using my stove. I will be finding other ways to cook my meals, your not worth these giant costs and your billing leaves alot to be desired. I'll look to find a way to eliminate propane from my house or find another company.
There is nothing I don’t like about your company. From excellent delivery drivers to accounting that is transparent and easy to work with. How do I know that your company is so good? Because my vacation cabin is serviced by Amerigas. They are terrible in every single way. Drivers who can’t find the cabin, call center in the Philippines. Asking for a larger tank for over a year now. Tank wobbled 1/4” and driver wouldn’t fill. I fixed with tiny shim. Two weeks later another driver couldn’t find it. Called me, Found it, wouldn’t fill it because he said first driver filled it. Then locked tank. 4 weeks later filled it but didn’t remove lock. All summer, no propane!!!
