I like the variety of exercise classes available for the different fitness levels. The instructors are really good and very upbeat and friendly. I also utilize the multiple equipment options and like that there is so much equipment available. I'm also a big fan of the indoors walking track. I'm a fitness walker and enjoy the opportunity to walk indoors when the weather isn't so great outside.
Cardio area, weight area ( although they need more plate loaded machines), and baskets available in the field house.

Lake has some great class options! This was the first time to came up there from my regular Y in a long time, but enjoyed the DrumFit class and see there are some other unique offerings and some great instructors. Additionally, I remember there being a great walking:jogging track
The front desk staff at the Lake Y are so friiendly and helpful. I love the consistancy of Andreas strength classes and the atmosphere in those classes.

Very friendly atmosphere. Our instructor Daniel was very knowledgeable and helpful on how we should approach our fitness goals. I really like how there is so much to do for us seniors.
Staff is friendly, I walk the indoor track most evenings, wife does aqua fitness.

It’s convenient
As a very new member I find the staff Very friendly and helpful ! They make me feel very welcome. Took my first class last week and the instructor was welcoming and was sure to make sure I knew what to expect in her class.

Nice facility and I like the Christian program Two22 for the Lake kids.
I love the teen room in the front. This is such a fantastic space for the kids after school. What a positive impact it's making in our community. I've seen the kids outside on Thursday's and they truly seem to be enjoying themselves. Way to go Y staff! Everything was clean and the staff we spoke with where friendly.

Lake YMCA is a wonderful facility! It is always clean, the people are extremely friendly and the variety of classes exceeds other Y’s in the area.
